TAKE THAT! Here we see footage of Fluttershy suffering from extreme nausea soon after the murder, a symptom almost never found in an experienced killer. We saw that she had bruises on her face from being hit with something multiple times when the mugshot was taken. The question is, why did she vomit, and why did she have bruises? The prosecution states that the bruises came from Diamond Tiara stealing the gun and hitting Fluttershy with it before it was taken back. This could not possibly be true. The only bullet known to be in the gun was fired into the back of Diamond Tiara's neck. In addition, she was blindfolded at the time. It would also be near impossible for a filly to gain advantage against a grown mare, given that Fluttershy is trained as a chiropractor and Diamond Tiara has no combat experience. The explanation is simple. There were more than two ponies at the scene.
Here's the scenario: The murderer had already shot Diamond Tiara and left to search for places to hide the body. Fluttershy heard the gunshot and ran downstairs to see what happened. She found the corpse and, shocked to see a murdered filly, vomited. The murderer then reentered the Basement and saw Fluttershy. The murderer attempted to shoot her, but only had one bullet, which was already fired through Diamond Tiara. Desperate, he charged at her and hit her several times with the pistol. Realizing that killing her would give away who committed the crime, he left her alive, and placed the gun on her hoof. He forgot one thing however. Pegasi can't use guns!
