Does anyone find it kinda weird that the crown really resembles Rarity's element of generosity?

Any chance of making the SVG file much bigger, please?

You mean, making its content bigger? Or just replacing the PNG with a much bigger one?

The SVG file seems much smaller than the PNG.

If you mean its size in KB, then it's normal: vector files keep drawings as information rather than pixels, what makes them a lot smaller than PNGs.

If you mean that it seems small in Inkscape, then you simply have to zoom in. :) You can do it with CTRL + Scroll button.

What I meant to say is that when I compared the SVG file with the PNG, the SVG is much smaller than the PNG. Even when I did the CTRL + Scroll button method like you mentioned, the SVG isn't as big or bigger than the PNG.

Because I can export SVGs to PNGs in any size I like (assuming that my computer has enough memory to handle it) by using File -> Export Bitmap. The usual size I use for exported PNGs is 5000px. The actual size of SVGs themselves usually varies, but I try to stay within the limit depicted by the Inkscape's default A4 canvas size.

I was also wondering if you could separate Cadance's little crown and cutie mark into individuals.
