Man, this guy's colours and design are so bad at times. I decided to slightly fix things in a couple of places to make him look at least a little better.

Since the original screencap included him without the trademark purple smoke + green sclera, I decided to make a few separate versions so you can choose which eye fits your needs best.

Thanks to *Yanoda for preparing the Adobe Illustrator version of the green sclera one. :)

This guy has a really cool design. I really was wondering why his eyes were not green and smokey at that point in the episode...

Considering that the eyes of Celestia, Twilight and Spike were turning smokey and green only when they were using dark magic and/or being affected by it, we can assume that his eyes only turn green when he's actively using dark magic. But that's just a theory.
