I love this! It really does fit Fluttershy to be honest, the Stare and how she used it could be compared to a skunk's spray if you think about it.

On an unrelated note, Discord on my Ask A Pony Blog ended up going as a skunk for Nightmare Night (in part due to Rainbow Dash hitting him with a stinkbomb. She didn't mean for the smell to stick to him).
